Dennis Smith

Hi my Name is Dennis Smith but my clients call Me Coach D, and I have a work ethic that rivals any successful NFL quarterback/ CEO.  I have been teaching Fitness for over 16 years, and still going strong, I have an awesome rapport within the fitness community and of course with all my clients in the Rochester area, and I teach over 300 different people between three different facillities.

I has been said to a number of directors that my classes are filled to capacity and the energy in the room is infective, my love for fitness goes far beyond the practical and well into the spiritual aspect of excersise.    I feel that the holistic approach to health and wellnes is without parallel, for the theraputic value of reaching someone right where they are in their health and give them hope and an immediate attainable Goal, all the while building their self esteem and encouraging an effort that they might not have ever attempted before in their life...
