I am a pediatric registered nurse who has a passion for fitness, health and well being. My first love is running, but have beome addicted to Cycle classes as it is a great break for my knees and wonderful for cross training. I also understand how busy the average person is a day and feel that it is necessary and vital to our overall health to take time to slow the mind and body down for a Yoga class. I believe that Yoga can play a huge role in non pharmacological interventions to several health issues in todays society. I believe that our bodies are a gift and we must do our part to fuel them with the right ingredients and take care of them the best to our abillity.
I am also a new mother to a beautiful baby boy and a wonderful Military man. Since we are a military family, travel has always been basically a way of life for us, I have been fortunate to live in great places, and we are very passionate about learning new cultures and making the most of every day. Throughout deployments and everyday life, fitness and being acitve has always been a huge part of our life and I love the opportunity to share my passion of fitness with others!
