My past experiences include teaching high school, coaching numerous sports teams, selling and sales training, national sales trainer, and Yoga/group exercise instructor.

Also was a stay at home Dad for my two daughters for 7 years, and coached approximately 24 youth teams over 10 years

Yoga and related group exercise instructor (mostly yoga related) for 6 years. Specialties are:

  • Yoga
  • Yoga-core
  • Flexibility: Stretch and Balance
  • Pilates
  • Power Yoga

Have instructed Yoga classes in many settings, including adult classes in various locations, High school "Arts Mania" sessions, and HS baseball and soccer programs. Currently teaching 3 to 4 days per week.

Carl began practicing Yoga after experiencing more than 20 years of back pain. Told twice by MDs that he needed back surgery for Spinal Stenosis and then a herniated disk, Carl turned to Yoga and found instant relief, and can now participate in any activity without experiencing pain!

Carl is now on a mission to help others learn about Yoga, feel better through Yoga, and live their lives happier, stronger, and with better balance than ever before. Yoga through Carl has routinely helped people fix sore/stiff necks, backs, plantar fasciitis, and many other ailments, while helping others feel healthier and preventing injuries.

Finally, Carl's wife Brenda is a Physical Therapist and a fitness and travel enthusiast who practices Yoga 3 to 4 times per week)
