Functionality is key and my enphasis is on the CORE (properioceptive training), cardio and flexibility with a blend of body weight exercises with muscular endurance type weight as many of my clients are middle aged women not interested in hypotrophy or maximal strength. I have lead 4 weight loss challenge which have been formated like the biggest loser contest. I have had great success with my clients in a 1 on 1 format and am now exploring something different. I have an open mind to all types of exercise including crossfit, yoga, gymnastics, bootcamp, pilates, boxing, martial arts, and of course marathons/triathelons and warrior/tough mudder like competitions. However, the essentials are always the main focus because without form and posture the entire program becomes unsafe. if your looking Train hard and keep moving forward I am your guy.
