I have been a dancer since I was little and my path has lead me from studying modern dance at VCU to massage therapy to nursing and now I have embarked on the journey toward my RYT 500. I greatly enjoy practicing healthy nurtition and yoga. Yoga began, for me, as a way to clear my mind and luckily it provides amazing physical benefits as well. I believe that the practice of yoga is restorative to the mind, body, and spirit and when incoproated in to any busy life can greatly change someone's life for the better. I most enjoy power vinyasa yoga, but as an instructor feel that it is most imnportant to give my students what they need.
