I have over 20 years of leading group and individual fitness, nutrition, and behavioral modification classes, trainings, and consultations to assist individuals to obtain their health and fitness goals.

Department Manger at a Country Club where i develop, create, manage, and implement fitness class and program for club members
*Served as a subject matter expert with focus in the treatment and prevention of obesity as an instructor for a TEAM Weight Loss Program.
*I have instructed motivational group fitness classes in studio and cycle. These include: Body Pump, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Strong, HIIT, Hip Hop, Mat Pilates, Boot Camps, High/Low, Turbo Kick, Power Sculpt, Senior Fitness ( Silver and Fit), Step, Reebok Core Board Training, Bosu, Yoga, Indoor Cycle formats, Aquatic classes, Cardio kickboxing, Boxing inspired classes, Circuits, Barbell Strength, Pound, Barre, and more.
*As a National Certified Varsity Interscholastic Sports Coach, I have coached a varsity dance team for 12 years
