Mehret Hope

My name is Mehret Hope. I am 32 yrs old, thirsty for life and want to take my fitness classes global! I have been working in the fitness industry fot the last 3 years and a half. I have learnt so much. Also tried to hold down an office job but the put me under a lot of pressure as there was too much negative energy ther. 

i have now made a dicission to focus on living a holistic lifestyle as well as teaching it. This experience to work with you would be an honour. I take pried in my work and so far my classes have been amazing experiences. With my continued learning, I feel I have a lot of creativity that enables my classes to stay unique.
