Hello! I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor from Cincinnati, Ohio. I have an unyielding passion for yoga and all the many elements that encompass the beautiful mind/body/spirit connectedness that is yoga. Through teaching, my goal is share the magical gifts of yoga with students all over the world in hopes to in someway (small or large) contribute to each individual's overall sense of happiness and equanimity. Through pranayama, asana, and meditation, yoga becomes a beautiful way of living in which we arrive in the moment and live to the fullest.
