Monique Salomons

My name is Monique Salomons, Im a sports enthusiast. I have been in the army for 12 months and at a sports acadamy for 4 months. 

I was trained and currently work at Nivå sport & motion, witch is a quiet little gym, with a lot of love for indoor cykling. Ive been cykling for 5 years now and teaching for about two years. Usually i teach 2 hours every second day. 

I was born i Canada so im fluent in English. I also speak Netherlands, Danish, a little german and a little spanish. 

I love to teach and i find that, my strenght lies in motivation and music. So what I lack in experiense i compensade with good music, a lot of energy and a firm hand. 

Im an International socialworker, when im not at the gym, wich means i can travel a lot with my work and also that i work with people in humanitarian ways.
