2001-2003: first pts certification corporal evaluation ( bodyfat calipers), find my passion with fitness and decided to make it a carreer. I meet my spouse at the same time and we've been working together ever since 

2003-2005: spinning certification, sport nutrition, ANiE group class certification 

2008-2009: yoga certification at lyne St-roch 

2012: my son is born 

Trx training certification 

21k half marathon 6 month after my son's birth 

2013: first fitness competition , placed last but motivated more then ever

2014: Training to place myself in UFE competition in May 2014
