Alexandra Hayes

Alex Hayes is a professional pilates instructor based out of San Francisco, CA.  She currently is managing pilates studios for Equinox in Northern California after moving from Lifetme Fitness studio's in Minnesota and Arizona.  Alex has an extensive background in rehabilitation pilates, as well as, high intensity fitness pilates based in a gym environment.  Alex comes from a background in ballet, tap, lyrical and jazz, which has helped her transfer into the pilate field.
