Yoga teaching, in combination with reiki, reflexology, and meditation coaching, sharing all or some of these modalities to empower each individual to discover their own path of healing, restoration and personal growth — creating a safe and comfortable environment for which personal healing and growth can occur. Through formal training with Shakti Mhi of Prana Yoga College (Classic Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Pre-natal, Laughter and Children’s yoga). Tim shares how yoga can be experienced by any age, physically adept and those living with physical limitations, beginner and advanced, spiritual and non-spiritual alike. Creating and sharing adaptations and variations as a part of the practice for each individual so as to enrich each person's life through the practices of yoga.

Growing up in Southern Alberta on a ranch and owning/operating a marketing and graphic design company (www.akunamedia.com), Tim moved to Vancouver in the winter of 2011 to establish the next stage of his life in the yoga world. Seeking to "give back" to commity and foster a more loving a compasionate world through meditation, laughter and yoga practices. By establishing a series of workshops called "do less..." with his teacher, friend and business partner Chris Brandt, each three hour session is held in a studio pre-set with mats, blankets, bolsters. Where the guests receive Thai head massages during some of the asana practice and foot massages in Savasana, and followed by tea and bliss balls. These workshops culminate into a "do less..." weekend retreat in Whistler, BC where the entire weekend is focused on the guests "doing less". And also creating a series of workshops called "Re-Storative - Yoga is Life" aimed at guiding and teaching the basic principles of Reiki and energy healing, while resting into restorative yoga and theraputic poses... with the gifts of eye-pillows to each participant. Each of these series of workshops and the retreat share with guests how doing less is not doing "nothing", but allows the body and mind to take a break, relax and restore.
