Judith Beaulieu RN

Extensive experience beginning with a nursing career working in The Childrens' Hospital of Philadelphia and caring for infants and then transitioning to a Staff Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery room where primary coaching responsibilities were with labor patients.  Also assisted with deliveries and surgeries, cared for women in premature labor.   

Pursued a corporate level position in the Pharmaceutical Industry - again in Women's Healthcare - as a RN advisor to Physicians, Nurses and Midwives educating them on medications for Women's Health.  Advanced to a Medical Affairs position and became Certified as a Medical Information Specialist through the Drug Information Association.

Created a non-profit organization, FEMTIQUE Associates, Inc., to provide patient navigation and Health Coaching services for women and their families in the United States.  Recruited RNs and CAM therapists to provide Health & Wellness services as part of the Healthy People 2020 initiative of the US government.

Owner "Beaulieu Yoga" where Yoga is taught as a therapeutic approach to aliviated stress, promote flexibility, restore energy and maintain an optimal level of perceived wellness.  Clients are "coached" on specific muscle groups to achieve a release of tension and restore functionality.   Coaching is utilized instead of just queuing the client to use breath with movements and transition from one pose to another.   Individual Assistance is provided during the class to help modify poses where necessary.  My vast knowledge of anatomy and working with patients in the past provides clients with a highly qualified Yoga Instructor to ensure safety from injury.  Physicians refer their patients to Beaulieu Yoga to provide a natural means of  hormone balancing for both men and women.
