Jeanene Ebert

Born in Annapolis, Maryland, my father was in the Navy, so I was a "Navy" brat as they say.....moved to California when I was 4 years old.

Grew up primarily in a small town Lemoore California, near Fresno. Went to a private boarding school in Monterey California, Santa Catalina School.

Graduated in 1990, went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where I studied Psychology and Human Development, graduated in 1995 and traveled for a couple of years.  Studied spanish in Antigua, Guatemala for a month.  Went to graduate school at San Diego State University and studied Counseling for the Marriage and Family therapist program, graduated in 1998. Worked for San Diego Youth and Community Services as a social worker for fostercare families, then worked for South Bay Community Services Teen Recovery Center as the main intern therapist where I helped coordinate and facilitate family group counseling sessions which proved to be very therapeutic and eye-opening for the parents and the teens.

After having my first child, I decided to end my therapeutic career and be a full time mother.

Currently I am a stay-at-home Mother (of a 9 year old and a five year old) and have my first career job as a personal fitness trainer at the elite gym La Jolla's Finest Training.
