I am a single Mom to 5 adult children.  I am very passionate about what I do. During the day, I teach English to non English Speakers (ESOL) students at a public school in Florida.  I have been a certified Zumba instructor since May 2008. I also have my 200 hour Yoga Certification I currently teach Zumba and Yoga classes at a local  Yoga Studio. I try to share my philosophy that staying fit and healthy is pure joy. When I teach Zumba, the message to my students is, if you're  not having FUN, why bother... Teaching Yoga allows me to connect with my students on a different level. SAFETY is a key component to Yoga. Being able to generate energy as we breath and  move in and out of poses is essential. Finding traquility and lettig go of unlimitting believes is the core of it all... The message in both practices will always be encouraging. Modifications are always provided to accommodate a population of all fitness level. I Would love to be provided with the opportunity to share my God's given talents abroad...
