Michala Cornell is a Private Pilates Trainer and also teaches Mat, Aerial, Bars, CFR, Tabata, Small Ball Release and Restorative Stretch at Time Out Pilates & Fitness in Minneapolis. She is a Level 2 STOTT Certified Pilates instructor, and holds certification in CFR, Aerial, Tabata Bootcamp and Small Ball Method. She never wants to stop learning, and continues to attend Pilates and other fitness workshops and is interested in the Egoscue Method. Michala holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Minnesota and is still active in the dance community as a dancer with Threads Dance Project (founding member) and Alternative Motion Project.
