Kody is an inspiring and fun yoga teacher specializing in therapeutic and healing yoga. She combines the inspiration of art and science in her practice of yoga. Her teaching approach incorporates principles of anatomy, physiology, health and wellness with ancient philosophies of yoga to ensure that her students get optimal results out of their practice. She utilizes the energies and rhythms of nature and the human body to make each session unique and meaningful. Through deep stretching, conscious breathing and lots of laughter, she leaves her students feeling light, rejuvenated and equipped with methods of incorporating yoga and wellness into their daily lives. She also specializes in working with students who are transitioning into a more active and healthful lifestyle and those with busy lives seeking guidance with staying healthy and improving both mental and physical stamina, balance and awareness.
