I have a degree in Exercise Science, and am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years in many capacities in varried settings. My clientele has been extremely diverse from working with children to the elderly, high-performance athletes to the obese. I love every aspect of fitness, and traveling brings it to a whole new (exciting!) level.
