Staci Berkovitz

I am an enthusiastic group fitness professional who loves to combine fitness with fun!  I have almost 13 years of experience teaching Zumba Fitness, and I have subbed yoga since 2014. I am also AFAA certified and yoga certified.. 

I’ve been a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach since 2020, having completed my training through the University of North Carolina. This certification includes training in motivational interviewing.

My professional experience includes working as a Health and Wellness Coach for Cigna, where I supported over 2,000 Marriott Hotel employees across five Texas locations. I coached clients on topics such as stress management, weight management, physical activity, and nutrition.

In addition to corporate coaching, I’ve built my own coaching business, working with both men and women. I integrate mindfulness, meditation, somatic practices, and breathwork into my sessions to support holistic transformation.

I’ve also hosted three women’s retreats centered around self-discovery and joy, and I currently speak professionally on topics like resilience, mental health, positive mindset, daily habits, and personal energy.
