I am an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. I have been teaching group fitness and training clients for the past 14 years and have valid certifications to teach Spin/Indoor Cycling Instruction, Barre, Strength training, TRX, Advanced Boot Camp Instructor, Athletic Stretch and PiYo. I hold an M.Ed in Recreation, Park, and Leisure Studies from the University of Minnesota- School of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education.
I enjoy helping people discover the joy of fitness and racing whether they are a beginner or experienced athlete. I have coached several runners who successfully completed their first races or set new personal records while igniting their passion for distance running. I have completed 63 half-marathons, 4 marathons, and three 70.3 half-Ironmans.
