Ellen Hansen

I am a yoga and meditation teacher.  I am certified as a 200 hour by yoga alliance but have been doing yoga for many years.  I also teach chair yoga for seniors and zumba for newbies.   I have taught aerobics classes and fitness, stretching,  anything that gets you up and moving.  I have been the medical director for evlovefest 2012 and 2013.  I am an RN,  CRNA also.  I have also been a medic on a movie set on location in NYC.
