Lisa George

Group exercise instructor for over fifteen years teaching many styles of classes.  I have worked with adults and children in various teaching capacities.  A college degree (B.A. in communications) launched a career in teaching and training.   My full-time work  led to a background in computer information systems and project management, with many opportunities to teach computer software to  various corporations.  This love of teaching resounded in my devotion to my part-time work as a group fitness instructor, even when my full-time work required constant travel!  Presently, I am now dedicated to my part-time work for several area fitness centers.   I hope to continue enriching the lives of others with their fitness pursuits from my desire of fitness, experience, and dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
