I am personal trainer mainly with a focus on baby boomers and an over all healthy llifestyle. I teach and have taught bootcamp, TRX RIP and Suspension training, kickboxing, foam rolling, core and balance classes and other various styles using a variety of equipment. None of which are choreographed.
I love being able to give others the tools for sucess for long term health and fitness. I am married and am going to school to be a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduate in September 2016.
