Yoga and fitness have been an integral part of my life and happiness for as long as I can remember. Growing up in soccer, tennis, cheerleading, running and finally yoga, I have the mindset and demands of an athlete but the attitude of a yogi. "All things in balance" is a philosophy I try to live by. After training with a juice and smoothie cleanse company, getting certified in my 200-hour Yoga Certification, moving to Napa and getting married in the last two years, I have to say that life is pretty good! I am happy to connect with different types of people on a day-to-day basis, and the tourist town of Napa is the perfect place to do that! I've been teaching all kinds of levels and class formats, based on my students' needs, in the several wonderful gyms and studios here in town. I strive to teach everyone how to connect wth their elemental nature and enjoy the blessings of their body and mind.
Also an avid traveler, I am very comfortable with exploring new places and cultures. I've been to many places in western Europe, Costa Rica, Mexico, and all over the United States. I hope I can continue to travel and teach with Fit Bodies, as the opportunity couldn't suit me better!
