Eva Hood

I was born in 1971 in Slovakia where I finished University of sport,since 10 years old sport and later fitness was the biggest part of my life, started with track and field,I was a part of Slovak Track and Field National Team, Fitnesss become dominating in my life after I graduated university.In addition track and field couching I have started Personal training in 1994; since I have moved to Chicago I have focused on fitness, I enjoy teaching group classes,PILATES BOSU and conditioning classes as an addition to my main focus what is Personal training.
