Ashley Williams

 Passionate about health and people, after completing a lifetime of athletics and a BS degree in Psychology at SDSU, Ashley continued her education with the body mechanics, becoming a board certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. Ashley quickly realized the need for a more holistic approach to training in order for her clients to be more successful. She has spent years dedicated to continuing her education and completing numerous trainings in which she has focused on each key aspect of human health.

 

As founder of Mind Body Pilates and Wellness, Ashley combines a unique approach to Alignment Therapy. She recognizes health as the balance and synergy of the human body’s many systems, reflected in the way we move, breathe, think, eat and rest. Ashley's intuitive approach is helpful with chronic muscular and skeletal pain, anyone wanting to lose or maintain a certain weight, a need to increase strength, improve vitality, and deepen one's understanding of self.  Her clients range from Stay-at-Home Moms to athletes and have found that regardless of individual  backgrounds, clients report having noticeable and sustainable results in a combination of physical and emotional well being.  Ashley has the broad range of education and understanding to guide clients on their individual paths to a better and more fulfilling wellness.
