Pamela Gold

I grew up on a farm in upstate New York, graduated Yale University with a BA in Political Science and worked in business for 8 years before becoming a mother.  I stayed home with my children and it was in this post-partum period that I discoved my passion for fitness and nutrition.  After helping many friends achieve their fitness goals, I decided to become certified to share my passion and turn it into a business.  I am a full time mom first to my to children, 5 and 7, and am so fortunate to be able to help support my family doing something I love - sharing my passion for fitness and nutrtion.
