Angolan born, raised in Portugal and influenced by Latin culture, dance has always been a big passion of mine as well as all kinds of music, mainly Samba, Salsa, Reggaeton, African beats and so on...

Coming from a dance and sports background, finding Zumba was just a step forward to fully share my passion,mixing all the Latin flavours into a party style exercise providing you a unique experience 

Despite many years of experience as a reputable dance teacher, im always learning something new and constantly seeking to improve my methods.

Always striving to be a better dancer by practicing regularly every morning and teaches almost every day of the week.

With a very passionate personality, contagious smile and bundles of energy, i inspire and encourages my students to feel more confident about themselves, by reminding them to “Dance with your heart, the body will follow”
