I have been practicing yoga with Ashtanga as my primary base for the last 15 years.  I have been teaching classes for the last two years, mostly power vinyasa flow.  I also have been enjoying teaching yin and yang flow as well as restorative from time to time.  I have a easy going relaxed vibe with my classes and enjoy keeping a l"light " atmospheric feel.  With my massage therapy background I feel very comfortable taking a hands on approach with helping students with alignment.  The most satisfying part of teaching is seeing my students leave class feeling a sense of enlightenment.
