Amy Velasquez

Amy Velasquez, 26, is a graphic designer by day, yoga teacher on weekends (for now) and yoga student day, night and anytime in between. Currently based in Texas, she enjoys a good arm balance, hearty meals and a glass of wine with friends and going upside down. She is RYT 200 with a funky teaching style that encourages laughter, playfulness and a journey to embrace all our awesomeness. Yoga helped her cope with a terrible loss in her life and she wants to share this life-changing spiritual and physical practice with others in hopes that they too will see the bliss that can come from yoga.
