Pam Chambers

Pam Chambers is a true Zumba inspiration…when she hit the 255 pounds mark she knew something needed to change in her life. She was sleeping poorly, had arthritis, and felt depressed with a lack of energy and zest for life. A friend introduced her to Zumba a year and a half ago and her life has not been the same since. She was hooked after the first night and began attending classes three nights a week. Within two months she was doing Zumba 5 times a week and the pounds were falling off her. She also was sleeping better as well as having more energy without depending on caffeine to get her through the day. Pam has lost 75 pounds and feels better in every area of her life – her relationships with her husband and children have improved and she feels less stress. She is passionate about wanting others to discover that obesity is not a life sentence and there is much joy to be discovered in a Zumba-way of life. Pam has modified her Zumba workouts to fit her needs and that is what she does with her students. Pam is a true Zumba advocate and always looks forward to sharing her passion with Zumba students, helping them open up a door to a new life.
