I have been teaching "group" exercise classes for three years.  I started with Zumba and continued with other specialties like Aqua Zumba, and Zumba Toning.  After obtaining my Group Exercise Instructor Certification, I started teaching Circuit classes, including Tabata and Strength.  I went on to get certified for Pilates and Silver Sneakers, a Muscle Strengthening and Range of Motion Class for Seniors. 

 

I enjoy teaching classes and watching my students succeed with their goals.  I like to make my classes challenging, but fun and entertaining as well.   My classes usually have between 15 - 35 students per class, which is the highest number at our facility for group exercises.
