I have been a personal trainer now for about 4 years I really enjoy helping people become live healthier lifes and teaching them that working out can be fun. I pride myself on making sure my clients are doing the exercies correctly so they develop good habits in the future and can avoid injury. I also enjoy teaching them about how to make healtlhy decisons when it comes to eating healthier. I also teach group exercise classes 4 times a week i teach a class called Nike Training Club which was modeled after the App to give people a live version of the app.
