During the day, I'm the director of web communication for a small liberal arts college in Ohio. After hours, I teach Zumba classes! I'm also certified as a professional health and wellness coach as well as a professional chocolatier! I love to help others find work/life balance and achieve health and wellness goals. I just started studying Hoopnotica as well and will be certified in HoopnoticaFit before Christmas 2013.
