BA Environmental studies, AAS Civil Engineering

Retired from 31 years public service with NYS Department of transportation in Planning operation and airport finances/business plans, as well as economic studies.

Studied yoga for over 20 years.

Method of teaching: Vinyasa flow adapted to individual and class level. Healing yoga is my method. It combines Thi Chi during movement with traditional yoga postures. Energy enhancment opening chakaras, drawing in prana, breath awareness, focus, and meditations. Spiritual music is provided.

Foundations: Buddhist for 15 years, Hindu and yoga Studies, nature, spirituality, music playing several instruments (guitar, mandolin, violin, and harmonica). Daily practice and meditations.

Artist with BA minor in Art. Oil paintings of landscapes and energy paintings.

Healer: Electomagnitic Healing. 15 years tudy with masters as well as Tibetan Lamas.

Built own passive solar home. and certified to install Photo Votaics. Versed in sustainability.

Avid hiker, skiier, kayaker, cyclist, and swimmer.
