Caroline Benoit

After attending Union College (BA History), Trinity College (MA Public Policy) & Southern Connecticut State University (select courses in Library Science), Caroline Benoit started her career as a legal research specialist in 1998 at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, CT.   She has also has held positions as both a Research Librarian, and a Head Law Librarian at Pepe & Hazard LLP from 2001 until May 2010, and started her current position as Research Specialist at Brown Rudnick LLP  in June of 2010.  She is personally committed to healthy living, nutrition and exercise.  After receiving her Pilates Mat certification from AAAI in 2012, Caroline has taught classes to her co-workers, neighbors, friends, and to other fitness professionals. 

Ms. Benoit is an active member in the community, serving  as a  Director for the Aurora Women and Girls Foundation, a Union College Alumni Representative, serves on the Connecticut Bar Association Law Library Committee, and has been a Grace Academy volunteer.  She lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with her husband, David, and her two daughters Lucy (9) and Marin (5).
