Nicky Miller

I took my first Pilates class while leaving in Boston at Boston Body, owned by Zayna Gold.  When I moved to Rochester, NY I searched for another Pilates studio and found Pilates Plus.  After a year or so Jodi Brennan, owner launced Pilates Plus university.  I started my Full Pilates teacher certification then.  During the time I was an x-ray technician so split my time at the clinic with the studio.  When I moved back home in 2009, I found no classical Pilates nor studios.  Thats when my husband and I decided to bring Pilates here in May of 2010.  I can't imagine my life without Pilates or without teaching Pilates.
