Marie Mabin started dancing at the age of 7. Growing up, she studied Ballet, Jazz, and Philippine Folk dances, Hawaiian and Tahitian dances. In Seville, Spain she was trained in Spanish Flamenco dance with famous Spanish Flamenco dance performers. Marie performed at Pepin’s Spanish Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale for 9 years and makes occasional guest appearances with local flamenco performers, Flor Y Piedra. She is currently a member of a local Flamenco dance company, Flamenco por la Vida.

She is a licensed Zumba Basic 1 & 2, Zumba Toning (Zumba with light hand weights), and Zumbatomic Instructor (Zumbatomic is Zumba for kids). She has been teaching Zumba classes since June 2009. She is currently teaching Zumba classes at South Mountain Community College and Chandler Gilbert Community College.
