I am an energetic and enthusiastic NASM-Certified Personal Trainer who has turned her 25+ year passion for Health & Fitness into a career! By 'practicing what I preach' every day, I motivate and inspire my clients with positive re-enforcement and words encouragement.

I have excellent communication and people skills, as well as professionalism, and my clients are a blend of Men & Women who range in age from 20-66 years.

I am currently looking to 'marry' my love of Travel with my love of my work, and hop to help people all over the world fall in love with Fitness the way I have!
