Greetings, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Irene. Iam Canadian with latina heritage. Iam fluent in both English and spanish. I quite enjoy motivating, educating and comunicating with my participants. I enjoy teaching latin cardio, step ,kickbox, spinning,muscle conditioning , cardio funk and power abs.Iam a level 2 dental assistant and an Eucharistic Minister.I enjoy promoting wellness with a positive lifestlye behavior and attitude.Lets strive toward an optimal state of well- being.!
