Courtney Frizzell

My name is Courtney Frizzell and I am 25 years old and living in Toronto. I am currently in school completing a postgraduate degree in International Development and health and fitness is a huge passion of mine!! I was diagnosed with an hypothyroid very young making weight loss very difficult for me! I have learned to combine fitness and healthy clean eating to create a healthy lifestyle I love. I have a passion for helping people reach their health goals and guiding them along the way. I lost 30 pounds and know how difficult it can be and sometimes you need that accountability!

I love to travel and have backpacked through Asia and done development work in Peru. I enjoy taking my dog for hikes and skiing in the winter. I enjoy boxing, hot yoga, running and weight training!
