Amy Kenow

Hello, I am a 47 year old Mom of 3 (boy/girl twins) who has been in the fitness/wellness Industry for almost 20 years.  Looking to expand my reach and do some traveling for myself and my family.

I feel like I bring expertise, passion and enthusiasm with me.

I graduated from Saint Cloud State University, MN with a BS in teaching Physical Education.

I currently live in Duluth, Mn. -Northern Minnesota, yes cold but ample lakes for fishing and boating.

I do a fair amount of personal training. I also teach a lot of yoga and various fitness classes.

My interests are nutrition, music, anything with outdoor fitness. Love to hike, bike, and swim and travel.
