I am a passionate certified exercise physiologist who believes that exercise is both paramount in healh prevention, injury rehabilitation and is medicine. I believe in personalized, varied training approaches to maximize health benefits and improve fitness levels. My clients who vary in age from 9-86 years of age jovially call me "drill sgt fab". I typically train individuals and couples, however, I do have experience in training larger groups as well as leading dance and cardio fitness classes. In University I was part of the York Dance team and I enjoyed playing a variety of sports (soccer, tennis, volleyball, baseball, basketball and squash). My fitness resume includes soccer coaching experience as well as ergonomics and biomechanical analysis.
I have tested firefighters and players of the Toronto Maple Leafs (professional Canadian hockey team).
During my leisure time I enjoy taking part in active events such as the CN Tower climb, warrior dash and the Mlse team up challenge.
On vacations I have bungee jumped, climbed Diamond Head Crater and KoKo head in Hawaii (in under 20 min), climbed Arizona's Camel Back mountain and danced at evedy opportunity that presented itself.
