Born August 22, 1973 in Naples Italy. Moved to the US in 1974. Grew up in northern Virginia near Washington DC. Graduated from Virginia Tech with a Civil Engineering Degree in 1996. Went to work full time as a civil engineer. Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters in Business Administration in 2000.
Began training for the RYT 200 in February 2011. Started teaching Yoga at the YMCA in June 2011.
Became a RYT 200 in April 2012. Began teaching at American Family and the YMCA as well, in June 2012.
Still work as a civil engineer
Currently training for another RYT 200 in Kundalini Yoga.
Married for 15 years, with 2 kids, one boy, age 11, one girl, age 8.
