I have been been a fitness enthusiast all my life. I have participated in many group exercise classes as well as personal training. I have also used work out dvds and videos dating back to Jane Fonda in leg warmers. In addition I have participated in group classes given at the resort we frequent. This is a small resort so the classes only range from 2-8 people. At 56 years old I still have a six-pack. Numerous resort guests are always asking me and my wife how I maintain my body. I figured I can stimulate a good deal of interest in a core execise class, which I can model for all levels and modify each day. My general class consists of a yoga based warm up followed by a variety of core exercises which do not reply on weights or bands. While I could get certified for Yoga I have to admit that I do not really get into the mental aspect so I would prefer to stick to body sculpting. I also believe that while yoga seems so peaceful on the beach, more men (as well as the women) will be interested in my class.
