I have taught physical education and group fitness since 1989 and have taught many types of classes through the years. I am still excited to teach and motivate clients and students to stay fit. In the health club setting, I currently teach boot-camp, cycle, aqua, strength and core classes. In school setting I work with 14 to 18 year old boys and girls. We focus on fitness with all our groups, a variety of sports and fitness activities. I teach classes of zumba, yoga, pilates, step and strength. I also coach Girls Volleyball & Girls track. These programs which I have assisted in the development and implementation of SAQ-Strength, Agility and Quickness. The goal is a stronger, quicker athlete and most importantly injury prevention.
I have had the opportunity to work with many different people of ages and abilities. I really enjoy the fitness industry at all levels.
