I have many years’ experience in managing customers’ expectations.  I have received recognition awards for exceeding expectations in collaboration and effective communication. 

As a successful business professional I am able to relate to the daily grind which inhibits most people from making the commitment, an understanding of the time constraints (family, children, job) and being able to make the most of a precious commodity TIME.
