I am a fitness enthusiast. I am continually evolving, teach ~6 classes / week and love doing it. I work for the City teaching classes as well as for my own business. I am a Mom of 3 and want to instill in them the importance of staying active. I am high energy, am good at motivating a group, and have a loyal following.
