I have always been a huge fitness enthusiast. I was a competitive swimmer growing up and moved on to coaching age group teams and teaching swim lessons. I am currently a group exercise instructor at the YMCA in Charlotte, NC. I teach circuit training classes, athletic conditioning, boot camps, strength, cardio strength, and Insanity classes. I teach classes of all levels - from elite athletes to seniors with limited abilities. I love fitness and it shows when I teach.
