Helen Reavill

I have been studying yoga for ten years, in England, India, Thailand and Holland. I completed my teacher training in February 2005 and since then have been teaching the above classes in Amsterdam. I have a 2.1 degree in Women's Studies and Art History from Liverpool University. I have travelled extensively in Asia, South America and Africa.
